The 7-Year Tribulation

£11.99
We live in a world defined by perpetual crisis, global instability, and moral decay, where the signs of the times are no longer hushed whispers; they’re a megaphone. Yet, for many Christians, the most crucial part of God’s Word—Prophecy—remains locked behind a door of academic jargon, frightening metaphors, and conflicting interpretations.
In THE 7-YEAR TRIBULATION, Phil breaks the silence, approaching the Scriptures not as a mystic or a scholar, but as a legal investigator. The Bible is the ultimate witness, and he applies a 'burden of proof' standard to every verse. The result? A straightforward, highly readable, and evidence-based roadmap of the most significant seven years in human history.
If you are ready for the truth without confusion, you need to know that you don't require a PhD in theology to understand the future. You simply need a Bible and a willingness to see the facts as they are written. The evidence is compelling, the verdict assured: the King of kings is already on His way.

From the front of the book...

...Even so, come Lord Jesus...

When I was saved, I didn’t need anyone to tell me I was a sinner. My life was in chaos, and the mantle "a wretch saved by grace" sat easily on my shoulders. But despite it all - because of it, maybe - God turned my life around in ways that I couldn't have asked for, hoped for, or even imagined. Even now, well over three decades later, I sometimes catch myself smiling, whispering, “Thank you, Jesus!” because, honestly, the disparity between then and now is so vast it remains incomprehensible to me.
I love God for that. I love that He saw something in me that others missed, including myself. I love how He’s coached me, challenged me, changed me, and shown me how to live a more productive and purposeful life. And I love, too, that He’s personally invited me to partake in His 'winning goals' - the Rapture of the Church, the Judgment Seat of Christ, the Marriage of the Lamb, the overwhelming defeat of the Antichrist and Satan, the Second Coming of Christ, the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, the 1,000-Year Millennial Kingdom on Earth, and beyond even that, sharing eternity with Him forever and ever.
These are topics that are rarely, if ever, preached in church - proof, I guess, that the enemy is at work, fighting hard to keep as many Christians as possible 'in the dark' and away from the truth. Scripture is meant to be a guide for conduct as well as the source of doctrine, with prophecy meant to prepare us, not scare us. It is a fact of life that our conduct today is affected by what we know of tomorrow. No wonder the battle rages!
The End Times in Focus series is my attempt to address this, and my goal is to do so in a way that’s highly readable and not in the least bit intimidating. If you’ve read any of my books, you’ll know my style. I don’t set out to create an academic treatise or scholarly theological tome, for I am neither academic, nor scholar, nor theologian. I try to present the Biblical facts as clearly as I can, calling on my legal training to search the evidence and present it in a straightforward manner so that you, the reader, can reach your own conclusions and come to a verdict. The burden of proof is always on the teacher, preacher, or author to support their viewpoint with Scripture and show that what they say is what Scripture says. As a literalist who believes that God says what He means and means what He says, I think the best way to do this is to take Scripture in its plain, normal meaning, without resorting to metaphors, allegory, or symbolism - especially where none actually exist.
Not everyone agrees, of course, and that’s fine; but The 7-Year Tribulation - and the End Times in Focus series in general - is my interpretation of how I think God's plan will likely unfold. That said, I want to urge you to have your Bible to hand as you read and to cross-check absolutely everything. In addition, and most importantly, let me encourage you to invite the Holy Spirit to speak to you as you read, and to focus your attention on what He wants you to understand and take on board.
The 7-Year Tribulation is a huge topic with depth and detail everywhere you turn. Glance at the contents on the previous page; every single section could easily merit its own book. This is why I overshot the original book plan by twenty-two pages and still had to leave the Battle of Armageddon for the next book in the series!
If you've read The Rapture of the Church, you'll know my view is that all true believers will be raptured before the 7-Year Tribulation kicks off (John 14:1-3, 1 Thess 4:16-17, 1 Cor 15:51-52). This is not escapism, hopefulness, or blind faith; it's what the Scriptures say. For example, 1 Thess 1:10 (NKJV) says we are to "...wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come". The word "wrath" is derived from the Greek orgē, a word that pictures divine retribution against the ungodly. 'Orgē' depicts emotions on a slow-burn - long-building - that eventually erupt into wrath or vengeance after being held back for a prolonged period. We born-again believers are delivered from the wrath to come because Jesus took all the wrath we deserved upon Himself.
What a Saviour! What a God!
Ours is a special generation, privileged to live in a time closer to the return of Jesus Christ than any other generation in the history of humanity. With the world in chaos and constant crisis, you can almost taste the nearness of His return!
I pray that you will not only enjoy this book but that it will mightily bless you. I hope, too, that it will inform you and help you prepare for all that is to come. It's time to get ready!
